When you click "Book Now" on any property listing, you will be directed to our secure booking platform where you can view availability, pricing, and complete your reservation. Payment processing, cancellation policies, and rental agreements are managed through OwnerRez and are subject to the terms presented at the time of booking.

3. Property Listings

We make every effort to ensure property descriptions, photos, and amenity listings are accurate and up-to-date. However, minor differences between listings and actual properties may occur. If you have questions about a specific property, please contact us before booking.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to treat all properties with respect, follow house rules provided at check-in, and report any issues promptly. Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear during their stay.
